I’m the owner and founder of MSea Properties and one half of the “MCs.” My husband, Michael Campbell, and I live in Bladen County, but when it comes to the Brunswick beaches, we consider ourselves locals.

I spent much of my childhood and teenage years along the coast, splitting summers between my grandparents’ home on the Intracoastal Waterway in Holden Beach and time with friends in Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach. Over the years, I developed a deep appreciation for the area, its people, and its unique coastal charm. I’ve always been drawn to vacation rentals and real estate, often spending more time than I’d like to admit browsing properties and studying the market. That passion eventually led to the creation of MSea Properties.

My professional journey began at UNC Chapel Hill, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication with a specialization in Public Relations. During college, I worked extensively in the golf and tourism industry, gaining valuable experience in hospitality, marketing, and customer service. After graduation, I returned to southeastern North Carolina and spent four years working as a marketing professional.

In 2018, I pursued a new path and became a registered nurse. I began my nursing career in the Emergency Department during the COVID-19 pandemic and continue to serve as an ER nurse leader and educator today. Nursing is a passion that has shaped who I am, teaching me the importance of communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and exceptional service—qualities that now play a vital role in how I serve homeowners and guests through MSea Properties.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me traveling or spending time at the beach with my family. We regularly rent homes in Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach, giving me firsthand experience with both exceptional vacation rentals and those that fall short of expectations. I’ve seen how much of a difference thoughtful hospitality, clear communication, and attention to detail can make for both guests and homeowners.

I also understand that while many homeowners want a more personalized approach than large property management companies can offer, managing a vacation rental on their own isn’t always practical. That’s where co-hosting comes in. Over the years, I’ve informally advised friends and investors purchasing short-term rental properties, helping them navigate the local market and better understand the guests who choose to vacation here. Through those experiences, MSea Properties was born.

My mission is simple: to make your vacation home a true vacation destination. Through personalized service, exceptional hospitality, and a luxury guest experience, I help homeowners maximize bookings, protect their investment, and create memorable stays that keep guests returning year after year. I believe in building lasting relationships with homeowners based on trust, communication, and results, while creating experiences that inspire guests to make your property part of their family traditions for years to come.
